Scottish singing sensation Lewis Capaldi might be eyeing up a career in the porn industry - after two notorious X-rated websites began chatting him up online.

The 22-year-old Whitburn lad, who regularly leaves his followers in stitches online, sent social media into meltdown after revealing two unsuspecting fans of his work.

The Someone You Loved singer, who is on the verge of releasing his debut album, revealed his shock at discovering soft-porn TV channel Babestation had followed him on Twitter.

Capaldi shared a screenshot of the notification, along with his wide-eyed expression.

Responding to his post, Babestation said: "U ok hun".

But the hilarity wasn't over yet.

Soon after, the notorious porn site Fake Taxi also followed the singer - cheekily commenting: "You left your wallet last time son, just trying to return it".

Once again Capaldi left his followers howling with laughter, with 65,000 people liking the first tweet, and 16,000 liking the next.

Joking about the potential for a new line of work in porn for Capaldi, one fan wrote: "Lewis this is a collab we don’t need".

Another fan, making reference to the singer previously Lewis Capaldi shows off new designer tracksuit and how he plans to use it to impress the ladies for the ladies , said: "Must have been the tracksuit eh?"

And another added: "don’t team up with them for the next music video keep it PG".
