Leeds target inching closer to exit
Leeds United are the only side to make an offer for Dinamo Zagreb's Josko Gvardiol, according to reports in Croatia.
Local outlet Index claims Dinamo's Champions League exit on Wednesday could push him closer to the exit, with Leeds allegedly launching an £18m offer.
Dinamo still have a Europa League qualifier to contend, but their hopes of keeping the 18-year old seem to be fading - and that could benefit United.
RB Leipzig have also been linked, but are yet to firm up their interest with a concrete bid.
Leeds handed potential Florentino Luis boost
Benfica's own elimination from the Champions Legaue could also hand Leeds a boost.
Florentino Luis has reportedly been on the radar of Elland Road chiefs this summer, and speculation linking the midfielder with an exit could well intensify on the back of the club's exit from Europe's premier club competition.
According to Record, Benfica are now likely to make two "big sales" as a result of their current situation.
Whether that will include Florentino remains to be seen.
Celta still in for Leeds target
Celta Vigo will attempt to re-sign Leeds United target Rafinha Alcantara if he's still available towards the end of the transfer window.
Spanish outlet Marca claims that should Barcelona fail to find a buyer for the midfielder, Celta could well make a move.
However, it's also claimed that any bid from Celta will hinge on Barca lowering their £13.7m price tag.
