Leeds United supporters agree on next steps as Whites seal Brenden Aaronson deal

Andrea Radrizzani promised to 'improve' Leeds United's squad in a statement released soon after the final whistle blew in the final game of the season., in which the Whites had secured their Premier League safety. The club have quickly delivered the first player in those improvements, in the shape of US international, Brenden Aaronson, who was announced as a Leeds player this evening.

After the disappointment of the last two transfer windows, Leeds fans have been particularly keen to see work done quickly in the summer, so the announcement of Aaronson coming before June is something that many are delighted with. However, many took to social media to state that this should only be the start of a busy summer for Victor Orta, as happy as they were about the deal being done.

Patrick Bamford's injury-hit season has meant that many would like to see a striker come in next. However, there is an expectation that Leeds will need to bring in another attacking midfielder, two full-backs and a back-up goalkeeper, as well as signings in midfield after the club haven't made a signing in that position since January 2018.
