Leeds United have joined Nottingham Forest in the race to re-sign Billy Sharp, say reports.
On Tuesday, it was revealed that Sabri Lamouchi's side had made an 'official approach' for the Sheffield United striker who could complete a move away from Bramall Lane this month.
Forest are thought to be keen to bring in a striker to lighten the load on Lewis Grabban as they continue their Championship promotion chase.
But Sharp has already turned down a move away from South Yorkshire with the former City Ground and Elland Road striker keen to stay with the Blades and regain his place in the side.
The 33-year-old spent the 2014/15 season at Elland Road, starting 17 league games and scoring five goals - and fresh reports by Yorkshire Evening Post say that Marcelo Bielsa considers Sharp as a transfer option.

Two years prior, he was on Trentside where he bagged ten goals in 39 Championship outings.
“I’d be looking at him if I wasn’t here,” his manager Chris Wilder has said when quizzed on Sharp's future.
“I’ve always been very consistent with the message that, until Billy comes to me and says he has to play regular first team football, then he’ll be here - and he hasn’t.
"We’ve had calls from people and enquiries. I’m open and honest. I’ve told Billy this club has come in for him and that club comes in for him.
"But he’s always said no, and that he wants to stay here until at least the end of the season.”
