Virtually a spectator beyond the parry he made on Paul Onuachu's first-half curler. 6

2 Luke Ayling (c)

Picked up decent positions once or twice on the overlap, but some frustrating passes throughout the afternoon. Far from the force of nature we saw in the Manchester United double-header. 6

5 Robin Koch

Dealt well with Onuachu's physical presence. Did everything asked of him as a centre-back. 7

39 Max Wober

Some of the big tackles and interceptions we have come to enjoy from the Austrian. Like Koch, no dramas and did what was needed in the centre. One or two shaky moments invited pressure. 6

3 Junior Firpo

Tried to get forward and help out Wilfried Gnonto down the left with attacks, but too frequently saw his attempts go astray or lead to nothing. Could not have timed his first Leeds goal any better. 7

12 Tyler Adams

Put himself about and harried, but did not seem to have the kind of impact we are used to in the middle. 6

28 Weston McKennie

One memorably decent tackle which triggered a two versus one in the first half, but, as has become all too common in recent weeks, his pass into Brenden Aaronson was off target. Passing is flagging up as a problem. Not having the impact he needs to from deep. 5

11 Jack Harrison

Another poor afternoon with limited threat until one of his flicks finally came off in the biggest way possible, setting up Firpo for the opener. 6

7 Brenden Aaronson

If anyone was going to unlock the away defence, it looked like it would be the American. It was a from a perfect performance, but on an afternoon of dreadful quality, he stood out for the dangerous pockets he found. 6

Went by a few defenders, but didn't cause the alarm we usually see. 5

Another difficult afternoon for the striker. Ball never seemed to fall for him in the box. 4
