Thousands of runners have been taking part in the Leeds Half Marathon 2022 today.
Thousands of runners are taking part to raise money for a variety of charitable causes, setting off from Headrow at 9.30am. The Arena Group Leeds Fun Run set off from Millennium Square at 10.30am.
The race takes runners on a great route around Leeds city centre and beyond. Key sights along the course include Kirkstall Abbey and Weetwood Hall. Runners finish line outside Victoria Square.

While some are taking part purely for fun and good causes, there will be some keen runners who want to beat their personal best. Last year the first place crown went to John Birch who completed it in a time of 01:09:38.
Runners who want to find out how they did can click here to see their time and place in the race. Participants will need to enter their bib number first name and surname, select their gender, press GO, and they can get their result.
