LeBron James, Kyle Kuzma confused after seeing Notre Dame fans rush field

From players to LeBron James to reserves like Jared Dudley, the importance of fans, the energy they help bring, and the atmosphere they create, has been a major talking point about their reviews of the NBA bubble. The NBA is reportedly working on plans to have fans in some NBA arenas depending on local legislation, but teams in states like California, have to have the infection rate of the coronavirus go down before they’re allowed to have fans in any capacity.

But with how the coronavirus has been handled, individual states have determined their own guidelines, which brings us to last night’s upset of Clemson at Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. What ensued after the Irish upset the Tigers was the makings of a massive superspreader event, with fans rushing the field and basically packing it. This got LeBron James and teammate Kyle Kuzma both a little confused about how they have to continue playing without fans.

When there is a massive coronavirus spike in South Bend soon, perhaps there will be less confusion.
