Former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger shared the heartbreaking news this morning that her newborn baby girl had sadly passed away shortly after birth.
Just a few days before before her baby's death, Lauren said she was super excited to welcome her little girl.
Posting a picture of her pregnant and beaming, Lauren shared her thoughts with her 796K Instagram followers, reports the Mirror.
She captioned it: "I’ve been carrying my 2nd baby girl for 39 weeks just waiting for her arrival… It’s been a different experience as I’ve had my hands full with my baby girl @babylarose.x and just been different situation in all.
"But I’m waiting now for this baby girl to arrive, which I will shower with love, kindness strength & all my time and affection a mothers love.. I don’t want to be anywhere else apart from with my baby girls."
Lauren went on to admit she had cried in the run up to the birth as she looked forward to giving her daughter Larose a sister.
She wrote: "I’ve cried a lot tonight I’ve spent every minute with Larose as it’s not going to be just me & her anymore but it’s another new chapter of my life.. time goes quickly make the most of it."
The former TOWIE star explained that her motivation for the emotional caption was she was prepping herself to have reflexology.

She penned: "Reason for the deep caption I’m having my reflexology tomorrow with the lovely @lrussellreflex to make my waters break how I did with Larose (not saying it’s def going work as again different situation) and I feel scared excited nervous all thoughts going around my head but I can’t wait to have my baby girl in my arms I’ve waited so long for her to arrive and to give Larose the best gift a baby sister for life.
"Just over 11 months between them & they call 2 babies under 1 #irishtwins (which is where ever I go and see they say the same thing to me and I’ve never heard the expression so it’s not to be offensive I thought sounded quite spiritual)."
The tragic loss of her baby girl comes just days after Lauren's ex-boyfriend, Jake McLean, died in a car accident in Turkey at the age of 33.
Lauren and Jake had publicly dated on and off from 2012 to 2016, with the pair suffering a miscarriage in 2013.
It has been reported that the reality star and Jake briefly rekindled their romance but split for good in 2020 before she got with Charles Drury who she shares Larose and Lorena with.
