Lauren Goodger dismisses coronavirus worries as she enjoys a night down the pub

While most of the UK had a low-key weekend in the comfort of their homes Lauren Goodger continued to hit the town.

Clearly unbothered by social distancing as the coronavirus continues to spread, the former TOWIE star, 33, was spotted outside The King William IV pub on Saturday night in Essex.

Throughout the evening she stepped out from the warmth of the boozer into the chilly air to puff on a number of cigarettes.

She appeared to be keeping the establishment's security guard company as they chatted outside the venue.

Curvy Lauren showcased her shape by wearing a pair of baby pink leggings that allowed her peachy bottom to be spied.

She continued her relaxed look by sporting a skin-tight blue and pink t-shirt and carried a black jacket over her arm.

Lauren recently opened up about her struggles with mental health.

The former Celebs Go Dating star says she thought she was going to die after she was rushed to hospital when she ditched her strong antidepressants.

She told New magazine: "Truthfully, I thought I was dying. I've never been one to take antidepressants but this particular psychiatrist put me on a strong dose for my anxiety because my heart palpitations were out of control.

"I hated the thought of putting this medication in my body so I just stopped it one day, which you aren't meant to do, apparently that triggered it.

"I'd had Christmas at mine and had to organise food and drink for 15 people which was a stress ... your mind and body are like a computer and when it goes overdrive you crash. And I crashed."

Lauren says she felt like she couldn't breathe and that her heart rate was "sky high".

She said she started shivering and started begging her friend for help.

An ambulance was called and Lauren was taken to hospital.

She added: "That's the point I thought I was going to die. And you know what? I thought, 'If I'm dying I don't care. Just get it over and done with because I don't want to feel like this any more'."
