Varying up the exercise, Lauren toned her physique with the help of resistance bands which she attached to a tree branch.

However, the brunette picked out inappropriate footwear for her work out as she remained glamorous in flip flops.
Temperatures climbed to 20 degrees in Essex where Lauren was carrying out her daily exercise.
