Latest Tottenham transfer rumours: Dele Alli bid rejected, fresh £39.8m Milan Skriniar bid

Tottenham Hotspur have had a great summer transfer window, even if the deals are being done slightly later than fans may have hoped.

Matt Doherty and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg have both joined on permanent deals, while Gareth Bale and Sergio Reguilon's arrivals from Real Madrid have added some star power to the side.

And Jose Mourinho looks set to welcome another striker to the side, with the news that a deal has been agreed with Benfica to sign Carlos Vinicius on an initial season-long loan.

Will there be any more incoming players before Monday's transfer deadline? Will any Spurs stars be on their way out of North London? We take a look at the latest transfer rumours below.

Spurs reject PSG bid

Spurs have reportedly rejected a loan offer from PSG for Dele Alli.

The Guardian state that the French giants submitted a bid worth £1.5million for the midfielder after being offered the England international last month.

However, Spurs apparently rejected the latest bid immediately, and Alli looks set to stay at the club and fight for a place in the side under Jose Mourinho.

Alli was substituted at half-time of the opening Premier League game of the season against Everton, and has made just one appearance for the club since then in the Europa League qualifier against Shkendija in Macedonia.

Hoffenheim eye Sessegnon deal

Hoffenheim have reportedly joined the race to sign Ryan Sessegnon from Spurs before Monday's deadline.

A number of clubs have been linked from across Europe, with Brighton, Celtic and Hertha Berlin all supposedly retaining an interest in the 20-year-old.

Sky in Germany (via InsideFutbol) state that Hoffenheim are now also interested in a loan move for the former Fulham star, who can play either as a left-back or left winger.

Sergio Reguilon's arrival at Spurs has pushed Sessegnon further down the pecking order, and Spurs are said to be keen on the young star playing regular first team football at left-back.

Spurs to make fresh Skriniar bid

Sport Mediaset (via SportWitness) state that the centre-back has been "convinced" to join Spurs, and that the club are ready to offer around €44million (£39.8million) plus bonuses for the defender - just €6million (£5.4million) shy of the Italian club's asking price.

That comes after Inter chief Piero Ausilio stated that the Slovakian star is not for sale.

No offer has yet been made, with Monday's deadline approaching fast.

Chelsea to agree to Rudiger loan on one condition

Chelsea are apparently prepared to allow Antonio Rudiger to join rivals Tottenham on a one-year loan deal, as long as he signs an extension at Stamford Bridge.

The defender has 18 months remaining on his contract, and while the Blues are prepared to allow him to seek regular first-team football elsewhere, they want to protect his value.

According to the Standard, Spurs are considering a move for Rudiger after being put off by Inter in their chase for Milan Skriniar.

The Germany international has been told by Frank Lampard he is surplus to requirements, and wants to leave the club in this transfer window.
