Latest Tottenham transfer rumours as Arkadiusz Milik offer prepared, £20m interest in Josh King

Tottenham have been active in the transfer market this summer, with Jose Mourinho pushing deals over the line ahead of his first full season at the club.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Matt Doherty and Joe Hart have all been drafted in but there could still be plenty of business on the horizon.

Mourinho's side continue to be linked with a host of options before next month's transfer deadline, while outgoing deals are also on the cards.

Here, we have gathered some of the latest snippets surrounding Spurs.

Tottenham transfer window verdict so far

Rose set for Genoa

Danny Rose is closing in on a permanent exit from Tottenham as the England full-back edges towards a move to Genoa, PA via TeamTalk reports.

Spurs' longest-serving player spent the second half of last season on loan with Newcastle United and is now set to end his lengthy spell in North London.

Rose is not part of Jose Mourinho's plans and a move to Genoa, who finished fourth-bottom in Serie A last season, is close to completion.

He has also been linked with a move to Genoa's league rivals Cagliari.

Milik offer prepared

Tottenham are preparing an offer for Napoli forward Arkadiusz Milik as they seek to provide depth beyond Harry Kane in attack.

According to Football Insider, Napoli have slashed the asking price of the Poland international by £14m and that has put Jose Mourinho's side on alert.

It's added Spurs have already held preliminary talks with Napoli this summer regarding a potential deal, having previously been attributed with an interest in Milik back in January.

Napoli were previously seeking £46m for the striker but are now looking for a fee of around £32m.

Joshua King latest

Bournemouth striker Joshua King remains of interest to Tottenham with the Cherries looking for around £20m for his services, according to the Athletic's David Ornstein.

The striker was touted for a move to Manchester United in January, before the signing of Odion Ighalo on loan, and is still holding out for a move to Old Trafford, it's stated.

"They [Aston Villa] are indeed interested in Joshua King. His value is around £15-£20m but he has quite a few suitors. I don't know how high up he is on all of their lists. Tottenham, for instance, have him on a list but I don't think he's a priority at this point in time.

"Josh King wants to go to Manchester United. That's his dream. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would like to sign him."
