Leeds United supporters are waiting anxiously to find out what will happen to the 2019-20 Championship season, with the campaign currently on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side are currently top of the English second-tier and will have to wait to find out their fate, with the EFL in constant discussions over the safest way to restart the campaign.
However, the Whites are still preparing for life next season – whether that will be in the Championship or the Premier League.
Here are the best Leeds transfer rumours from Thursday, May 28.
Leeds interested in Wilson signing
Leeds are interested in signing Liverpool midfielder Harry Wilson for a reduced fee in the summer, according to Football Insider.
Wilson has impressed this season at Premier League side Bournemouth, and the Reds are reportedly willing to listen to permanent offers for the Welshman.
Football Insider say Bielsa is a big admirer of the 23-year-old, who could now be available for a reduced fee.
Wilson was valued at £25m by Jurgen Klopp’s side but with the coronavirus pandemic, his price may decrease.
Dortmund join Koch race
Borussia Dortmund have joined Leeds in the race to sign Freiburg defender Robin Koch, according to German publication Sport Bild.
Leeds are reportedly chasing the young German defender, but Sport Bild are saying Dortmund, as well as RB Leipzig, Benfica and Napoli are also interested.
Dortmund want to bring Koch in to replace current defender Manuel Akanji.
Koch would be a high-profile signing for the Whites, and one that is only realistic if the club is promoted to the Premier League.
Diagne “destined” for move to England
Galatasaray striker Mbaye Diagne is “destined” for a move to England in the summer, according to Fotomac, via Sport Witness.

Leeds are reportedly interested in the Senegalese striker, who is on loan at Belgian side Club Brugge.
The report suggests Leeds remain interested in the forward, and the Turkish side are open to selling Diagne.
The 28-year-old has not played competitive football since November due to on and off-the-pitch issues with Brugge manager Philippe Clement.
