Latest Arsenal transfer rumours: Aubameyang's comment that will worry Gunners, Lacazette contact

The Premier League season is over and attention is already turning to the summer transfer window. Domestically the window is already open!

That is despite the fact that there is still the FA Cup final this weekend, and two major European finals to come as Arsenal face Chelsea in the Europa League before Liverpool meet Spurs in the Champions League final in Madrid.

And there are plenty of rumours when it comes to Arsenal, regarding possible incomings and potential outgoings this summer. Though Gunners fans certainly won't like all of them.

Below, we take a look at the latest rumours involving the Gunners.

Wilfried Zaha transfer news

Wilfried Zaha has reportedly told Crystal Palace that he wants to leave the club in order to play Champions League football.

According to the  Mail , Zaha met chairman Steve Parish this week and confirmed that he is ready to leave the club for one that will play in Europe and regularly challenge for trophies.

Palace reportedly want £80m for the Ivory Coast international, which has left the winger fearing that he will be priced out of a move.

The club are aware of the damage that selling the 26-year-old could do to their team, but are apparently aware that they can no longer hold onto Zaha.

The talisman's comments in an interview with the Daily Mail have fuelled talk over a possible exit from Palace this summer, with Arsenal among the favourites to sign Zaha , according to the bookmakers.

And several Arsenal fans are all saying the same thing after Zaha posted a message on social media this morning (Thursday), which can be seen below and simply includes a 'shushing face' emoji and a link to a video of him setting up Andros Townsend for Palace's fifth goal in the game against Bournemouth.

And here's what some Gunners fans have been saying in response to Zaha's tweet.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang transfer news

Reports  suggest Real Madrid are willing to pay a substantial sum for the forward’s services and perhaps more worrying for Arsenal fans is a comment from the Gabon international in 2016.

He said: “Yes. It’s a promise I made to my grandfather,” concerning Los Blancos which won’t ease any fears.

Arsenal paid £56m for the striker but the Spanish giants are thought to be considering a £74m offer.

Aubameyang bagged 22 goals in his first Premier League season, landing the Golden Boot alongside Salah and his Liverpool team-mate Sadio Mane in the process.

This success has been tracked by Real, who are willing to spend big on the forward, according to Mundo Deportivo .

Alexandre Lacazette transfer news

The Arsenal striker has been linked with some of Europe’s biggest clubs already and Atletico Madrid have now apparently made contact.

Reports  indicate the La Liga side are gathering information on Lacazette and a potential deal but have not made a formal approach yet.

Antoine Griezmann has already announced his departure from the Spanish capital and while it was initially considered a  potential boost for the Gunners , maybe not it may cause a few worries.

Barcelona have also been linked to a transfer for the Frechman and the 27-year-old even had a profile on the Catalan club's website and was listed in the first team.

Mundo Deportivo claim Lacazette is valued between €65-70million, and the Gunners striker added fuel to the speculation last weekend as he failed to rule out a shock switch to the Camp Nou.

"It is flattering!," he told Telefoot, as per Get French Football News when asked about the La Liga outfit's reported interest.

The profile fortunately isn't anything to worry about. Find out why here.
