Lanarkshire YouTuber to go on a mystery world tour of football grounds

A YouTuber from Motherwell will go on a world tour of football games as part of a new series on his channel.

Justin Gardiner runs the channel JuddyTalks, a football channel covering games all over Scotland.

After a successful first season on the channel, he hopes to up the game this year and take his videos to the next level.

With a full team behind him and multiple sponsors, Justin will now start to cover games across Europe.

Speaking with Lanarkshire Live, Justin said: "The channel has grown so much since I started it using just my mobile phone.

"JuddyTalks recently hit one million views on the channel, something I never expected when I first started interviewing fans outside games when I started.

"We have a number of partners this season who are going to help really expand the channel and give viewers so much more to watch.

"I have partnered with Euro Ticket Club who are going to send me on a mystery world tour to different football games.

"We started talking to each other online and that's where the idea for the world tour series came about.

"It will be reminiscent of the old Top Gear specials, where I won't know where we are going until we actually turn up at the airport.

"I'm thinking they will send me to the big football cities, such as Paris, Barcelona, and Turin. Maybe they'll throw a couple of wildcards in there like Scandanavia.

"It's a really exciting thing to happen for the channel and I think it is such a unique thing for me too."

Justin also hopes to continue making the content he has become known for, Celtic match day videos.

He now has a large team who are working on the videos, and he hopes this can elevate the quality of his videos.

"The channel will start to feel more like a TV production this season which I think people will really enjoy," he said.

"We are trying to really show people the effort we are putting into the JuddyTalks channel this season and we are always expanding.

“It's been good to learn everything in the football media world. Usually, the big organisations have a cameraman a producer, a presenter, researchers and journalists.

"I’ve had to learn and do all these roles on my own the past season. It’s been difficult, but the reward has been worth it”
