Lady Gaga’s ex Christian Carino has liked Irina Shayk’s latest Instagram post, days after her rumoured split from Bradley Cooper.
Carino – who split from fiance Gaga back in February – hit the like button on Shayk’s picturesque snap showing her looking out over a waterfall in Iceland while posing in a black swimsuit.
Fans rushed to comment on Shayk’s snap, urging her to “stay strong” and “show Cooper what he is missing” amid rumours of their split after four years together.
“Bradley was emotionally absent during the long time filming A Star Is Born,” a source told PEOPLE. “They tried to save the relationship but it had changed.”
The publication last week claimed that Shayk had “moved out” of their shared Los Angeles home and that the pair were working out how to share custody of their daughter Lea De Seine.
The notoriously private couple have yet to comment on the recent reports.
Earlier this year, Gaga was forced to dispel romance rumours after she sang a duet with Cooper at the Oscars.
Social media went wild with speculation over whether the co-stars were a couple after they huddled round the piano at the ceremony.
But Gaga told Jimmy Kimmel Live that what social media had done to pop culture was “abysmal” and that it was just a “love song” and nothing more.
“First of all, social media quite frankly is the toilet of the Internet and what it has done to pop culture is abysmal,” she said.
"And people saw love, and guess what, that's what we wanted you to see. This is a love song, the movie is a love story.”
Gaga and Carino never publicly confirmed their split but Gaga is thought to have referenced the break-up before a show, saying she “didn’t have a ring on her finger this time”.
