Kyle Falconer has tested positive for covid and has been forced to cancel his gig at Saint Luke's in Glasgow's east end.
The View frontman confirmed tomorrow's gig will be rescheduled as he is working with the venue to secure a new date, which will hopefully be announced early next week.
The Dundee singer announced in a statement that he had been "hit with the dreaded Covid-19", reports the Daily Record.
Fans rushed to the comments to wish the singer well after the unfortunate news.
One commented: "Hope you stay safe and get well soon"
Another wrote: "Gwella'n fuan! Get well soon!"
Someone said: "Stay safe Kyle best wishes"
Kyle is currently on tour to promote his new album No Love Songs for Laura which was released earlier this year.
The 34-year-old singer was supposed to be ending his UK tour performing in Scotland, after gigs in Leeds, Manchester and London.
Kyle shot to fame as the frontman for The View, but the band have been on hiatus with their last album being released in 2015.
