KSI vs Logan Paul TV coverage takes weird twist as Instagram-famous dog is interviewed

The boxing match between YouTube sensations was never going to be a normal affair.

But things took a twist even more bizarre than anyone could have imagined in the build-up to the main event... as a dog was interviewed on live television.

Yes, a dog.

Sky Sports presenter Joe Thomlinson sat down with Instagram-famous dog Swaggy Wolfdog backstage.

"I'm here with Swaggy, who has 1.2million Instagram followers," Thomlinson said.

He then asked Swaggy who he thought would win the fight, asking for one bark for KSI and two barks for Paul.

Swaggy was asked who was going to win the fight (Sky Sports Box Office)

"Woof woof," replied Swaggy, indicating that he believes Paul will win the fight.

Swaggy caught the eyes of punters wearing a Puma jumper and a gold chain as he sat behind the scenes.

The husky rose to fame when his owner, Swagrman, posted videos of him onto social media platforms.

Swaggy is often wearing sunglasses and designer clothes and is surrounded by women in posts.

He has a group called the Swaggy Squad, which has over 1.2million followers on Instagram.

But the decision to interview a dog got a mixed reception on social media.

TV presenter Vernon Kay said: "Just bought sky box office to watch the boxing.....and saw a fella interview a dog."

Another punter added: "How do you get a refund for this s***! Paid £10 and just watch swaggy wolfdog be interviewed on his thoughts on the outcome."

Another simply posted a picture of the interview and said: "What."
