KPOP Demon Hunters continues its dominating run atop pop culture with their latest collaboration. And, this one might be the best one yet. The singers who perform Huntr/x’s songs, (EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami), visited Sesame Street and the show just shared the clip online. Cookie Monster, like most of us, just wants to be in the biggest girl group of the year. He tells the stars that he considers himself the fourth unofficial member of Huntr/x. This is one of those things that lets you know Cookie Monster is a monster of the people. So many of us would basically say the same thing to their faces.
Unfortunately for our blue friend, Cookie Monster thought that the KPOP Demon Hunters were actually the KPOP Cookie Hunters. (Not gonna lie, would watch, no notes.) EJAE politely lets their newest member know that they’re in the business of crushing live performances, not just eating cookies. If you’ve ever wanted to see Cookie Monster singing a snack-themed version of “Golden,” then you’ve come to the right place! Honestly, my day has been improved by just typing that sentence.
EJAE offers Cookie Monster some ramyeon to try at the end of the video. When he asks for milk instead of water, the girls rush to try and save him from that questionable decision. Rei Ami and Audrey Nuna cannot hold back their laughter at the charming little monster. Sometimes these kinds of crossovers can feel a bit cynical. But, the laughs here show how new this all is for our KPOP Demon Hunters. They’re still riding high off of that live performance a couple of weeks ago. With the movie headed back to theaters, the KPOP Demon Hunters train doesn’t look like its slowing down anytime soon.
KPOP Demon Hunters visit Sesame Street

Over the last couple of decades, a celebrity cameo has become even more normal for the long-running children’s program. Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love the colorful neighbors on Sesame Stree. While EJAE, Rei Ami, and Audrey Nuna are the latest guests, you can expect plenty more people to make their way to the neighborhood this November once the show is streaming on Netflix. Earlier this year, the streamer announced a deal to help keep the fan-favorite show afloat.
PBS and Netflix picked-up where Warner Bros. Discovery left off. Next month, the episodes will be available on the same day and date on both the red streamer and PBS Kids/PBS Stations. Thank goodness that the kids can still enjoy a bit of Sesame Street with everything going on with the rest of our lives right now. Other PBS favorites are leaning into support from viewers like you to get things done.
For those looking for other avenues, YouTube also inked a deal with Sesame Workshop to bring the show to their platform in 2026. So, we can catch up with our buddy Cookie Monster in so many places. No word on if he’s bringing the KPOP Demon Hunters along for the ride too. Let’s all hope for the best in that case.
