It seems Kourtney's approach to dressing her children also comes with a hefty bottom line, as she stepped up her six year old daughter’s uniform with a pair of luxe £235 school shoes.
Kim Kardashian shared a picture of what appears to be Penelope and her cousin North West’s first day back at primary school, which saw Kim and Kourtney posing alongside their daughters on a grassy lawn. As with any fashion lover who finds themselves constrained by a school uniform policy, both North and Penelope pushed the envelope with their accessories.
Penelope’s footwear drew the most attention, with Instagram users noting that she appears to be wearing a tiny pair of Gucci loafers - easily recognisable by the brand’s golden horsebit detail. If you look closely, they also appear to be slingbacks. A similar version retails for £235 at Harrods.
Proud aunt Kendall Jenner jumped into the comments to gush over her niece, saying, “P is such a little beachy lady.”
In contrast, North took a more street style approach with her Converse hi-tops.
