KOCHI: Industries minister P Rajeeve on Monday said he would not respond to Kitex group chairman Sabu M Jacob's allegations anymore as they are against the best interests of the state and he was trying to ruin the state government's reputation.
“I don’t want to respond anymore to allegations raised by the Kitex MD. People can make allegations suiting their standards but I cannot as I hold a responsible position in the state government. I am open to constructive criticism but these allegations are aimed at maligning the reputation of the state government; they will not be entertained,” he said.
Rajeeve had earlier termed the scrapping of investment projects by Kitex as a self-goal and said the other businessmen in the state would not support it.
