Kirkcudbright Primary pupils wear odd socks for Down's Syndrome Scotland

Pupils at Kirkcudbright Primary School wore odd socks for Lots of Socks Day to raise money for Down’s Syndrome Scotland.

The youngsters recently raised more than £100 for the charity.

National Down’s Syndrome Day was March 21.

The most common form of Down’s Syndrome is also known as Trisomy 21 which is a genetic disorder caused by the presence of a third copy of chromosome 21.
