Jan. 02--Kirk Hinrich returned Thursday night against the Denver Nuggets after missing five games to a strained left hamstring.
"Kirk is very important to our team," coach Tom Thibodeau said.
That means E'Twaun Moore will drop out of the rotation.
"I thought E'Twaun did a good job filling in," Thibodeau said. "E'Twaun will go back to just staying ready. Basically, E'Twaun filled that role while he was out. He's situational now."
The Bulls are trying to rebound from Tuesday's home loss to the Nets.
