Kim Woodburn’s family reportedly found comments her How Clean Is Your House? co-host Aggie MacKenzie made this week “hurtful”.
In the wake of Woodburn’s death this week, MacKenzie spoke in detail about her falling-out with Woodburn.
She claimed it started when Woodburn pushed her while they were working at a pantomime - and, in her tribute, while she said she was an “unforgettable woman”, she also called her a “tormented soul”.
A source told The Sun Kim’s husband “Peter is very hurt and upset that Aggie has used Kim’s death as an opportunity to put herself back out there in public domain”.
"A lot of things that Aggie has said are untrue,” the source continued. “Recollections may vary."

The source added that the family found it “upsetting” as "Kim was asked in interview many times about Aggie but kept a dignified silence out of respect for the great work they did together”.
MacKenzie, 69, and Woodburn worked together on the Channel 4 show How Clean Is Your House? from 2003 to 2009, but MacKenzie previously said the pair didn’t get along behind the scenes.
On Tuesday, following the announcement of Woodburn’s death, MacKenzie issued a statement, saying they “clashed often”.
"Kim was a tormented soul, but now she’s finally at peace,” she said.
“We clashed often. Behind the fierce persona was deep pain and incredible strength. She survived because she had to. I hope she’s resting now. She was an unforgettable woman.”
MacKenzie then elaborated on the reason they had a fraught relationship – saying a major fall-out happened while they were performing as the Ugly Sisters in pantomime in 2008.
“Kim missed her cue so I tapped her on the shoulder,” MacKenzie explained to The Mirror.
“We went on and did our scene, but when we came out at the other side, Kim was furious. She pushed me. She actually pushed me so hard that I fell over.”
MacKenzie continued, saying she couldn’t recall the last time the pair spoke – adding that she dreamt they made up.
“I have no memory of the last time I spoke to Kim,” she added.

“It was years and years ago. But I did used to dream about Kim a lot, but I never actually saw her in real life again.
“The dreams were mostly about us making up and being friendly again.”
Woodburn, known for her no-nonsense approach to cleaning some of Britain’s dirtiest houses, found fame in the 2000s before making a number of reality TV appearances on shows such as Celebrity Big Brother.
In recent years, MacKenzie has taken a path away from TV and in 2017 she qualified as a yoga teacher and began teaching from her home in North London, hosting classes over Zoom as well as yoga retreats.
