Kim Turnbull shares the lesson she's learnt amid Romeo Beckham split

Following her split from Romeo Beckham, Kim Turnbull has shared one of lessons she’s learnt from the relationship.

The DJ, 25, recently broke up with Romeo , 21, and in recent months has found herself at the centre of a swirling family fallout between the Beckham brothers.

It had been speculated that Turnbull’s alleged past with Brooklyn, 25, was a contributing factor in the tensions, particularly after reports claimed his wife Nicola Peltz felt “uncomfortable” around her – though Turnbull has since denied she dated Brooklyn.

"It's definitely tough, whatever it is, when people are saying things about you that aren't necessarily true and, most importantly in my opinion, don't align with your character and your values," she told the Sunday Times.

She added: “Sometimes it’s difficult to block things out because a lot of the time there are things said that are not necessarily true or necessarily positive, and your instinctive reaction is to want to be like, no, that’s not true!”

And she also spoke about one of the lessons that the scrutiny has taught her: “But I think what I’ve learnt, at this point in life, is to try and take it with a pinch of salt.”

Kim also added it’s impossible to keep up with the online commentary.

"You want to turn around and reply to every comment and have your say in it, but at the end of the day, you just can't," she explained.

She also added that she tries not to spend too much time reading comments on social media: “I definitely try not to, to stay off of it as much as I can. And you have to separate the things that matter and the things that don't.”

Last week, she addressed the speculation she previously dated Brooklyn directly for the first time.

“I've avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire,” the model began.

“However, it's come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on.

“I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative.

“I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question,” she added.

“Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation and set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.”

Her comments come after speculation intensified last month when Brooklyn and Nicola were noticeably absent from David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebrations.

According to the Daily Mail, Kim had been unfairly positioned as a “scapegoat” in the feud, with her presence cited as one reason behind the US-based couple’s absence from the milestone festivities.

Speculation had been mounting that Brooklyn and Romeo were feuding due to a past romance between Brooklyn and Kim — something the model has now firmly denied.
