Kim Kardashian would like you all to know she doesn't have six toes

Kim Kardashian has responded to long-circulating rumours that she has six toes in a video on Instagram.

The rumours were sparked initially after promo images for a fragrance were posted on her Instagram last year, in which a possible photoshop fail made it look as though she had six toes.

Now, Kim, 39, has addressed the fan theory and debunked it once and for all, telling her 188 million followers: "Everyone thinks that I have six toes, and it's really wild."

In an Instagram Story no longer visible, Kim counted five toes on her foot, saying: "But it's this part of my foot, that when I wear a shoe just like this it smashes down right here and in a picture. I don't know why, it looks like a sixth toe."

She concluded: "I hope that answered my sixth toe question. Because I only have five toes on each foot."

The clearing up of the rumour follows the news that Keeping Up With the Kardashians will be ending after a 20th season in 2021.

Confirming the news on Instagram, Kim wrote: “It is with heavy hearts that we’ve made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

“After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and numerous spin-off shows, we are beyond grateful to all of you who’ve watched us for all of these years – through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children.

“We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way."
