Kieran Trippier 'keen' on Manchester United move and more transfer rumours

Kieran Trippier is 'keen' on the possibility of a transfer to Manchester United this summer.

That is according to the Mirror, who claim the former Tottenham right-back has told friends in the England set-up that he would be open to a move to Old Trafford - despite having played a key role in Atletico Madrid's La Liga triumph this season.

Trippier's contract at Atletico expires in 2023 but United chiefs feel a bid between £15m and £20m would be enough to tempt Atletico to sell the Englishman, who has been rewarded with a place in Gareth Southgate's Three Lions squad for the European Championships.

It's thought Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants Trippier as competition for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, with the United right-back's attacking contribution failing to satisfy Norwegian, as he makes plans in the transfer window to mount a serious title charge next season.

The uncertainty over Jesse Lingard's future could be soon be solved as The Sun report the playmaker has now revealed his demands, claiming Lingard wants a four-year deal and £100k per week wages if he is to leave United.

Lingard has enjoyed an incredible loan period at West Ham and it seems they'll be no shortage of potential suitors for his signature.
