'Kids are digital natives, adults are digital immigrants'

Video games could be forced to carry cinema-style age classifications, with tough penalties for retailers who sell them to children.

The new proposals come in a new study published today by psychologist Tanya Byron who is best known for her work as child behaviour expert on TV show Little Angels and House of Tiny Tearaways.
