Kendall Lamm greets Titans on Instagram, recalls Browns’ playoff win vs. Steelers

After agreeing to terms with the Tennessee Titans, offensive tackle Kendall Lamm said goodbye to the Cleveland Browns and managed to throw some shade at the Pittsburgh Steelers in the process.

Lamm and the Titans have agreed to a two-year, $8.5 million deal, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, and he should serve as the team’s primary backup tackle, a role held by Ty Sambrailo in 2020.

But before he officially departs the Browns, Lamm said bid farewell to his former team, threw shade at the Steelers for beating them in the playoffs last season, and said hello to the Titans all in one post on Instagram (H/T Brad Stainbrook on Twitter):

“When I left Houston 2 years ago I had no idea what was in store for me as I traveled to Cleveland. Now two years later I can say it’s a place that will be near and dear to me forever. From the people, to the culture, the ups and downs I’ll always cherish because they’ve help make me ME! To all my teammates love you guys, to MY BROTHERS in that OL room love y’all boys and know I’m always one call away! To the Browns organization thank you for allowing me to continue the dream and ILL FOREVER CHERISH BEATING PITTSBURGH in those playoffs,” Lamm wrote.

“Tennessee I’m ready to work and come be apart of a top notch OL room and organization! Thank you so much for this opportunity,” he added.

Well played all around.
