Kemar Roofe has an update on his injury recovery for Leeds United

Kemar Roofe has banished any lingering doubts about the injury which kept him out of Leeds United’s play-off semi-final second leg.

After scoring the winner in the first leg at Derby County, Roofe was ruled out of the second leg at Elland Road with a calf problem.

While more than four weeks have passed since that demoralising loss, there had been little official on Roofe’s recovery, but his latest Instagram posts will please fans.

The striker, who is expected to negotiate a new contract at United in the coming weeks, uploaded images and videos of him training at University of Wolverhampton.

The majority of the Whites roster is expected to return for pre-season next week, while some will be given a longer break after international commitments.
