Kebabish – southside curry house to reopen after being destroyed in huge blaze in 2017

A popular Indian restaurant destroyed in a huge fire in November 2017 is to reopen for business.

Kebabish in the southside is relaunching a year and a half after it was gutted in a massive blaze which broke out in their kitchen one afternoon during service.

Three were taken to hospital as fire crews battled the flames and rescued tenants from the burning building on Victoria Road – as dramatic images showed black smoke billowing from the block into the sky.

Kebabish and neighbouring flats were badly damaged after the fire and it was forced to close for extensive refurbishment.

The curry house has revealed it's set to re-open to the public on Monday June 24.

Looks like their traditional Desi dishes and mouth-watering kebabs are back on the menu for southsiders!

Follow the restaurant on Facebook for more info.
