RANCHI: The state government on Wednesday posted Kaushal Kishore as the new senior superintendent of police (SSP) in Ranchi and Prabhat Kumar as SSP of East Singhbhum.
Kishore is currently serving as SP of Jharkhand Armed Police Training Centre, Padma, while Kumar is Ramgarh SP.
The home, prison and the disaster management department has issued a notification in this regard.
Additional Director General (ADG), Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Prashant Singh, has been posted as ADG-Jharkhand Armed Police (JAP). The ADG JAP Tadasha Mishra has been transferred as special secretary home, prison and disaster management department. Bokaro Inspector General (IG) Asim Vikrant Minz has been posted as IG CID. The current SSP of East Singhbum, M Tamil Vanan, has been promoted as deputy inspector general and posted in the CID.
Commandant of JAP-VIII, Nidhi Dwiwedi, will serve as SP CID. The SP of Jungle Warfare School, Piyush Pandey, has been posted as SP Ramgarh.
