Katie Taylor could finally fight in Ireland in April as a professional, according to her promoter Eddie Hearn
Liverpool's Natasha Jonas is being touted as an opponent for the meeting, but Hearn is also looking at the winner of the Jessica McCaskill versus Cecilia Braekhus bout in March.
Unified lightweight champion Taylor could have three fights this year, and Jonas, McCaskill and Braekhus are the likely opponents, although Chantelle Cameron is also in the running.
Taylor forced Jonas into two standing counts in their London 2012 Olympic quarter-final in a fight which broke the record for crowd noise.
Bray-native Taylor went on the win gold at the tournament and turned pro after losing to Finland's Mira Potkonen at the Rio 2016 Olympics.

The undefeated 34-year-old Irishwoman has won 17 of her paid fights so far and holds the WBA/WBA/WBO/IBF belts.
Hearn said: “You're going to see her out at the end of April. She wants those challenges; she wants those big fights.
"Nathasa Jonas is someone we’ve talked about. I love the fight. Hopefully, we get crowds back. We could do that in Leeds, Liverpool or even in Ireland.
The British promoter also suggested Taylor would face the winner of the light welterweight the undisputed clash between Jessica McCaskill and Cecilia Braekhus in the summer.
“There are still big challenges for her. We are doing the McCaskill/Braekhus rematch in early March, I think you’ll see Katie Taylor fight the winner of that fight in the summer.
"It’s definitely April next for Katie Taylor and we are going to announce that fight in a couple of weeks.”
