Katie Price has said that that she will be going under the knife again for a liposuction operation.
The 43-year-old has said that she has put on 2st after breaking her feet last year and that she is desperate to shed the pounds ahead of having IVF.
Appearing on Steph's Packed Lunch today, she was asked: "In the meantime, you've got a bit more surgery in the pipeline?"
Katie replied: "Do you know what it is, I have tried so much to lose weight. Now, I do want a baby and obviously we're doing IVF, so we're doing the protocols we need to do for that. But I just want to shift some weight before I do it. So I am going to have surgery."
Steph exclaimed: "But you're not big!"
"Yeah, but for me, I am," Katie replied.
Gayle porter chipped in as she asked: "Do you want to come jogging with me?"
Katie explained: "I can't because I've broken my feet. This is the thing! I normally do run and -"
Asked how she broke her foot, she said: "It was a wall like this [gestures] and there was a bush and I jumped off and it was a 20ft drop off the other side and I didn't realise it was that drop and I broke my feet.
"So I was in a wheelchair - for me, I'm big. Usually I'm 54kg and now I'm about 68 and that is a lot for me. I know, sitting in my clothes and for myself, I'm just going to have to do it quick. Just get it sucked out."
Sighing, Steph said: "You're never going to stop, are you with the surgery?"
Katie joked: "When I come back in September after the summer I might have a new face!"
Laughing, Steph insisted: "You don't need one, Katie!"
