Katie Price could be called to give evidence after her ex-husband Kieran Hayler was charged with rape and sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.
The former stripper and personal trainer, 38, faces three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault. The alleged offences are said to have taken place in 2016, while he was married to the former glamour model, 47.
A source quoted by The Sun said: “Katie may well be called to court to give evidence. She was married to Kieran when these offences are said to have happened – it wouldn’t be surprising for her to be called up.
“Family and friends are being made aware they may be asked to speak out and stand up in a court of law if necessary. It is all part of the judicial process, an imperative that the truth is heard.”

A Sussex Police spokesperson confirmed on Monday night: “We can confirm Kieran Hayler, 38, of Northchapel in West Sussex, has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl.
“The offences are alleged to have occurred at an address in West Sussex between June 1 and October 13, 2016. The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has received support from specially trained officers as our enquiries continue.”
Hayler, who denies all allegations, is due to appear before Crawley Magistrates’ Court on November 19.
A legal representative for him said: “Kieran Hayler strongly denies the allegations made against him in their entirety. Mr Hayler is fully engaged and has been co-operating with the police throughout the investigation and will continue to do so. He looks forward to his name being cleared, believing in the judicial system to do so.”
Hayler was seen for the first time since being charged on Tuesday, casually dressed as he walked from his car to a train station.
Price, who shares two children with Hayler, has not commented publicly. Representatives for the TV personality declined to respond when approached by the Standard for comment.
The alleged victim is not a member of either Price or Hayler’s families.
