Katie Price and Carl Woods smile after his 'threatening behaviour' charge is dropped

Katie Price and Carl Woods were pictured beaming with happiness on Wednesday, after a threatening behaviour charge against the car salesman was dropped by the CPS.

Former Love Island star Carl had pleaded not guilty to 'threatening behaviour' in March, after a court heard he had "tried to force his way into a house after rowing with Katie and shouting in the street".

He is now said to be "relieved to finally have his name cleared".

Carl's joy could be seen as he stepped out of a salon with his wife-to-be Katie, debut a new blond look which the 44-year-old former glamour model has already claimed that she "loves it".

They walked hand-in-hand with their tattooed arms uncovered in the sunshine and both spring mirrored sunglasses.

While they sat together in the salon, Carl indicated that he was having the change in hair colour in honour of Katie.

In a video that Katie posted on her Instagram, she asks Carl: "What are you having done?"

Carl replied: "Blonde highlights - because of you."

Katie celebrated the decision, telling him: "You're turning into that pretty boy that I love. Wow, I love it."

After they had their new looks, Katie was seen stepping out in high-heeled hot pink Balenciaga 'Crocs' which cost £520.

Katie also had time to take another swipe at her ex-husbands on the back of an interview Patsy Kensit has given about the importance of her exes and the relationships she had with them.

Actress Patsy said that only two of her four marriages were "significant" and Katie was quick to brand her ex-husbands "fame hungry, money grabbers".

After seeing the interview, Katie took to social media to share her support, writing: "Omg Patsy Kensit, you hit the nail on the head for too.

“None of mine I can say were significant and when I split up with them all their true colours certainly came out.”

Katie added a series of telling hashtags: "#moneygrabbers #famehungry #fake #obsesssed #nobodiesbeforeme #imadethem."

Speaking to The Mirror about dropping the charges, a spokesperson for the CPS said: "The CPS has an obligation to keep cases under continuous review. As part of our review and in accordance with our legal test we concluded that there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction and the case was stopped.

"The Crown Prosecution Service takes seriously all situations where a person’s behaviour causes fear and we will seek to prosecute suspects when our legal test is met."
