Kate Upton’s sweet message to Justin Verlander after his third no-hitter

Justin Verlander picked up his third career no-hitter in a 2-0 win over the Toronto Blue Jays on Sunday.

He became just the sixth pitcher in MLB history to have three career no-hitters and he’s now the only pitcher in MLB history to have two no-hitters in the same road stadium – his last no-hitter came in Toronto in 2011.

Verlander was masterful on Sunday, finishing with 120 pitches and 14 strike outs. At 36 years old, he still looks to have plenty left in the tank as he looks to help lead the Astros back to the World Series next month.

Moments after the game his wife, Kate Upton, congratulated her husband with this sweet tweet:

It’s good to be Justin Verlander.
