Kate Garraway has shared never before seen clips from her wedding day to Derek Draper after revealing her husband may never fully recover from his Covid-19 hell.
The couple marked their 16 year wedding anniversary in September but for the first time Kate celebrated alone as her husband continues to fight for his life in hospital.
Derek, 53, was first taken ill with coronavirus in March 2020 and has spent the last year battling a number of conditions from liver failure to pneumonia in intensive care.
Devoted wife Kate will open up about her husband's ordeal and the impact its had on her and her family in a new ITV documentary.

As she lets the cameras see Derek for the first time in hospital, Kate also reminisces of their time together before his illness.
Glimpses of their 2005 wedding flash up on screen, showing the couple looking loved-up and sharing a number of tender moments.
Kate affectionately strokes Derek's face in one clip while another shows the newlyweds enjoying an intimate kiss on the dance floor.
As she reflects on happier times, Kate opens up about her terrible state of uncertainty she's currently living in.
"Derek is the sickest person the team of doctors have treated this year.
"Is he going to be able to come back or will he be alive but no longer the person he was?" she asks.
Kate, who has been caring for the couple's two children while Derek is in hospital, has previously shared how doctors have warned her husband may never recover.
While Derek has fought off Covid, his continued fight with a number of other illnesses as a result have 'wreaked extraordinary damage', she said.
Speaking to the Guardian at the weekend, Kate said she hasn't seen her husband since December due to lockdown which she feared would only set him back further.
The mum said Derek's condition deteriorates without human contact.
“I feel like he is in an ocean of unconsciousness and sometimes he comes up to the surface. In the run-up to Christmas there were moments of consciousness where I felt like we were really communicating,” she told the paper.
The trailer for her new documentary sees an anguished Kate receiving updates on her husband's condition via phone.
