Kate Ferdinand shares mental health update and thanks fans for support after miscarriage

Kate Ferdinand has updated fans on her mental health and has expressed gratitude for their continued support after revealing last month that she had suffered a miscarriage.

The podcast host, 31, announced a few weeks ago that she had been left "heartbroken and devastated" after miscarrying her second child with husband Rio Ferdinand, 43.

The Only Way is Essex alum - who shares son Cree, almost two, with her husband – explained that she needed surgery after doctors couldn't find a heartbeat for her unborn tot during her 12-week scan.

She later decided to take some time away from social media to be with her family but has since returned to Instagram, where she has shared a series of updates.
