Kanye West is facing a fresh wave of legal trouble after his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta added new and serious allegations to her lawsuit against him. Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 until her employment ended in 2024, claims in her amended complaint that she was sexually assaulted and trafficked while working for the rapper.
What’s changed in the Kanye West lawsuit?
Pisciotta’s latest filing goes beyond her previous accusations of sexual harassment and wrongful termination, which she filed in June 2024. She now alleges that West “orally raped her without her consent” during a recording session for the Donda album and tried to coerce her into sexual acts by promising career opportunities that never materialised.
Per PEOPLE, the complaint reads, “On one occasion, Ye attempted to vaginally penetrate Ms. Pisciotta with his fingers. On another occasion, he orally raped her without her consent. Both assaults occurred during the course of Ms. Pisciotta’s employment.”
She also claims West made frequent inappropriate comments about her body, demanded she wear tight clothing, and groped her regularly. Pisciotta says she was forced to watch West perform sexual acts with other women, received sexually explicit images from him, and was pressured to send similar images and join his sexual encounters, which she refused.
The lawsuit now includes sex trafficking accusations, claiming West “offered someone the opportunity” to have sex with Pisciotta in exchange for letting him have sex with their partner. Pisciotta’s legal team argues this is part of a pattern of sex trafficking, saying West “recruited and enticed [Pisciotta] by making fraudulent promises of career advancement”, per The Hollywood Reporter.
The complaint adds that refusing West’s demands “would be met with serious consequences such as public humiliation, online harassment, termination, retaliation and violence”.

Kanye West allegedly forced Lauren Pisciotta to perform oral sex
Pisciotta details other incidents in her complaint, including West allegedly kissing her without consent during a work trip to San Francisco in 2021, exposing himself to her, then allegedly pinning her down in a hotel room and forcing her to perform oral sex.
“He then thrust his penis repeatedly into Ms. Pisciotta’s face against her will,” the complaint says. “As Ms. Pisciotta frantically pled for Ye to stop, Ye forced his penis into her mouth. Ms. Pisciotta froze in shock and fear but continued to plead with Ye and beg him to stop. After some time, Ye ended the rape, apologised, and exited Ms. Pisciotta’s hotel room,” the complaint alleges.
She also alleges West locked her in a bedroom and forced her to watch him masturbate, and that he grabbed her by the throat at a concert.
After she left her job, Pisciotta claims West hired someone to harass her by filing false emergency reports, which led to repeated visits from police and other authorities.

Kanye West’s response
West’s legal team has yet to respond to these new allegations, but issued a strong denial in June 2024 in response to the original lawsuit.
“During her employment, Ms. Pisciotta offered [West] sex on his birthday to which he declined, sent [West] unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives and was seen twerking in the office during business hours,” his representative said, per The Hollywood Reporter.
“On one occasion, Pisciotta boasted how the best moment of her life was when she was being ejaculated on by a soccer player while simultaneously texting her boss. It is well documented how Ms. Pisciotta consistently used sexual coercion in an attempt to demand not only money but material items, namely Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini and an endless quest for plastic surgery.”
The statement also accused Pisciotta of “blackmail and extortion” and called the allegations “baseless”.
West’s team has not yet responded to the most recent claims in the amended complaint. The case is ongoing, and both sides are expected to present more evidence as things progress.
