Kanye West mocks sexual assault accusations as ‘fantasy fiction,’ questions if the accuser even believes herself

Former Yeezy assistant Lauren Pisciotta has amended her lawsuit against Kanye West, adding serious allegations of sexual battery, assault, and false imprisonment. The 36-year-old ex-employee claims West sexually assaulted her during a business trip to San Francisco.

According to Page Six, in her updated legal filing, Pisciotta alleges that West forcibly touched her and kissed her in his hotel room while he masturbated. She also claims he entered her room uninvited, used her shower, and sexually assaulted her while she was frozen in fear.

West’s team strongly denies these accusations, with a Yeezy spokesperson questioning whether Pisciotta believes her own claims, calling them “fantasy fiction.” The spokesperson emphasized that each new version of her complaint contradicts previous ones and becomes more “absurd and outlandish,” adding to West’s long history of controversial statements and legal troubles.

“Each new revision contradicts the others; each is more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined. Does Ms. Pisciotta actually believe her confabulations? We cannot know. But this breathless new installment of fantasy fiction discredits all past, present and future testimony.”

More details emerge from Pisciotta’s allegations against West

According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta claims West regularly groped her, demanded she wear tight clothing, and forced her to watch him perform sexual acts with other women. She also alleges he sent her explicit pictures and repeatedly asked her to join his sexual encounters, which she refused.

The former assistant also states that after her termination, West moved into her apartment building, leading to a frightening encounter where he allegedly grabbed her throat and licked her ear. She further claims that West offered women as “sexual gifts” to men, attempting to do the same with her.

Lisa Bloom, Pisciotta’s attorney, responded to West’s team’s statements by saying their client has publicly admitted to much of what Pisciotta claims. Bloom suggests these admissions will be damaging to West in court, where “he cannot hide behind a high-priced spin team.”

Yeezy representative Milo Yiannopoulos defended West by pointing out that he “loathes violence, has never been arrested, and doesn’t even own a gun.” The rapper’s legal team has consistently called the allegations ‘baseless’ and the lawsuit ‘frivolous’ since Pisciotta first filed for wrongful termination and sexual harassment last summer. They used similar language while defending West against other high-profile lawsuits, including the $250 million suit from George Floyd’s family.
