Kane question mark as one change made - The Tottenham team Antonio Conte should pick vs Norwich

A place in the Champions League is now within touching distance for Tottenham after a big twist in the race for the top four. Trailing Arsenal by four points just over a week ago, Spurs now going into the final match of the season two points ahead of their rivals after back-to-back wins coupled with two successive defeats for the Gunners.

Three points against Norwich City at Carrow Road on Sunday will be enough to clinch a return to Europe's premier competition, with a point also enough unless there is a huge swing in goal difference with Arsenal needing to beat Everton by 16 goals. There are always plenty of twists and turns on the final day but Antonio Conte will be quietly confident of his team securing a top-four berth.

Following the news that Harry Kane has been unwell ahead of the game, the head coach may potentially have a decision to make in terms of his starting XI. So who exactly would our Tottenham Hotspur reporters pick in their XI against the Canaries?

Fingers crossed now that Harry Kane is the last player to suffer from the stomach virus that has worked its way through a few members of the Tottenham squad because Conte does not need any more problems.

The Spurs striker is expected to be fine to start the game at Carrow Road, although Conte said that Cristian Romero has not been able to recover in time from his hip injury suffered in the draw at Liverpool this month. That means Davinson Sanchez will make it three consecutive starts on the right of the back three.

Dejan Kulusevski is now more than a week past his bout of the stomach bug which should mean he returns to the starting line-up on Sunday at the expense of Lucas Moura. Rodrigo Bentancur did leave the pitch limping heavily after the win against Burnley but Conte made it clear that all the same players were available to face the Canaries as against the Clarets so the Uruguayan should be fine.

Gold's team: Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Sessegnon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son.

Tottenham will have to check on Harry Kane's fitness for Sunday's game against Norwich City as he has been unwell. However, Antonio Conte made it clear in his pre-match press conference that he expects his main man to start at Carrow Road.

Hit by another stomach bug leading up to this weekend's game, all at Tottenham will be hoping everyone not currently injured will be fit enough to start. If not, then Conte will have a bit of tinkering to do in terms of his starting XI as he's not exactly blessed with plenty of options at present.

One change that should take place is Dejan Kulusevski coming back into side in place of Lucas Moura after dropping down to the bench against Burnley after feeling ill leading up to the game. A shame that Spurs haven't already wrapped up fourth place so the likes of Joe Rodon, Steven Bergwijn and Dane Scarlett could start, they could well be introduced later in the contest if the team are a few goals to the good.

With the stomach bug and injury problems in the Tottenham camp, there still seems to be some uncertainty over who could be available for Sunday's game. On paper, it seems like a relatively straightforward task for Spurs, needing just a point for fourth spot. However, Norwich will want to end their Premier League campaign on a high and Tottenham can't go into the clash with any complacency.

Of course the starting line-up will involve more rotations if any of Conte's players aren't fit enough to start at Carrow Road. However assuming most are, I would imagine he will revert back to the side that started in the North London derby.

Lucas Moura stepped in for Kulusevski against Burnley but I think the Swede will slot right back in, assuming he is fit enough. Son will want to be at his best to give him every chance of securing the Golden Boot award and Tottenham need to produce just one more good performance to get themselves over the line.

de Duve's team: Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Sessegnon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son
