Jungle queen Vicky Pattison laughs off Caitlyn Jenner photoshop ahead of I'm A Celeb

Tyneside celeb Vicky Pattison has shared her excitement for the new series of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

The Sun newspaper mocked up a picture of the former Geordie Shore star's body with the face of Caitlyn Jenner, who is a contestant this year, last week.

And today Vicky shared the picture on Instagram as she told of her excitement for the new series.

The 31-year-old, from Wallsend, wrote: "I've had some unusual jobs in my day but being Caitlyn Jenner's body double probably tops them all. I'm taking it as a compliment and literally cannot wait to see her in the jungle.

"Seeing all the celebs touch down in Oz is making me incredibly nostalgic about my time in the jungle. But even more so I'm just so excited to watch this year's series."

Vicky was crowned Queen of the Jungle in December 2015 after beating off competition from the likes of ex-Newcastle United player Kieron Dyer and Spandau Ballet singer Tony Hadley.

Her appearance on the show, hosted by Ant and Dec, made reality star Vicky a household name.

Filmed in Australia, I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here puts a group of celebrities together in a jungle camp where they are forced to live together without their usual home comforts.

Camp members have to undertake challenges to secure additional food and treats for the group, but also have to win the hearts of the public to avoid being voted out by viewers.

The final episode's votes decide who wins a series and is crowned King or Queen of the Jungle.

This year's rumoured line-up includes; presenter Kate Garraway, Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle and retired footballer Ian Wright, who will join reality television royalty Caitlyn in the jungle.

It will also be an emotional jungle-reunion for Ant and Dec who will host the show together once again after Ant was ruled-out of last year's series due to his stint in rehab.
