Jota to Saudi transfer unveiling trolled by Hibs as 'we want to rule the Cinch' quip marks Dylan Levitt arrival

Hibs have used some entertaining social media tools to mimic Jota's announcement at Al-Ittihad with their signing of Dylan Levitt.

Celtic fans had their heads in their hands when the Portuguese star upped sticks for Saudi Arabia this week in an eye-watering £25million move that will give Brendan Rodgers side ammunition for their Champions League crusade. But more alarming was Ittihad's frankly terrifying signing video that showed Nuno Espirito Santo choose the 24-year-old from a pack of cards and say 'we want to rule the world' with some less-than-high-tech animations.

It caught the eye of many on social media and Hibs have taken the chance to poke fun at Ittihad with their own version showing a car driving through Edinburgh before Levitt is picked from a pack of cards. Santo's face is then covered by a comically massive Hibs logo before the figure is asked 'what do you want to do?'.

The reply is an altered message that hilariously proclaims: 'We want to rule the Cinch'. It's a light-hearted barb that comes with the caption of the tweet as 'Sorry, my bro. Give me those cards', with a joker emoji attatched.

The 22-year-old midfielder joins from Dundee United after a fee was agreed between the two clubs this week. Levitt joins up with Lee Johnson's side for their pre-season training camp after signing a three-year deal in Leith.
