  • In the video, Siwa played a game of "two truths and a lie", listing "I’m pregnant" as one of the options.
  • The other two statements, "I’ve never smoked a cigarette" and "This song comes out on Spotify Friday" (referring to her Bette Davis Eyes cover), were confirmed as truths.
  • Speculation about a pregnancy arose after fans observed Hughes tenderly stroking Siwa's stomach in a previous video, following their meeting on Celebrity Big Brother.
