Join Grace as we celebrate women with inspirational and powerful stories

Mirror readers are being invited to sign up to our new and free newsletter which will bring you stories presented through a female lens directly to your inbox each week.

We’ve launched a newsletter, Grace, which aims to celebrate and inspire women - and men - throughout the year.

Positive, powerful stories and meaningful actions that make a difference to our audience are curated and dropped into your inbox.

Like this weekend's Grand National winner Rachael Blackmore who became the first ever woman to win the prestigious horse race.

Grace is aimed primarily, but not exclusively, at a female audience, and promises to deliver a little shot of inspiration and girl power to readers.

We take stories from across the UK and Ireland, from our national titles like the Mirror, OK! and Daily Record, and regional brands, from MyLondon to the Liverpool Echo, ChronicleLive to CornwallLive.

The stories you might have missed, but might just make your day.

The first issue was published in the week of International Women’s Day.

It was a week that started with a salute to the power of women.

The focus then dramatically shifted to our vulnerability, after the disappearance of Sarah Everard exposed the reality that many women face every day.

And the week ended by turning full circle to a celebration of motherhood.

The legacy of Sarah Everard advanced last week as women continued to share their experiences of unacceptable male behaviour and politicians attempted to prove they were listening and taking action.

Many women felt empowered to speak up about their experiences in a way they hadn't since the #MeToo movement surfaced three years ago .

We'll be sharing positive stories (ReachPLC)

Jacqui Merrington, Audience and Content Director for the Mirror's parent company, Reach Plc, said: “Grace is about celebrating women all year round. Launched as the tragic death of Sarah Everard sparked a movement of women, we want to share inspirational women’s stories and stories that make a difference.”
