Man City's John Stones has reportedly demanded ex-partner Millie Savage signs a gagging order to prevent her revealing details of their bitter split.
The Sun report that Millie has so far refused to accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement as they remain in an ongoing legal battle.
The pair split back in November, with Stones moving out of the £6 million mansion he shared with Millie and their young daughter.
Stones has since begun dating 30-year-old beautician Olivia Naylor, but is still at loggerheads with his former sweetheart.
A source said: “Millie has been upset and exasperated by the wrangle with John.
"He walked out on her but now he wants her to sign an order preventing her from talking about him.
“She feels John doesn’t trust her even after all the years they spent together before he hit the big time.”
The pair were together for more than a decade after meeting during their time at school when Stones was 14.
Millie flew to Russia just last summer to support the international star at the 2018 World Cup.
But only months later their relationship was over, and Millie now faces the prospect of having to move out of their old home.
Stones is said to have promised to provide a property for Millie to live in, as well as paying for the £50,000 legal bills that she has so far racked up in the wrangle.
The source told the Sun that Stones' name is on all the paperwork, leaving Millie with no rights to anything other than child maintenance from the £150,000-per-week defender.
His primary concern remains the welfare of his daughter, and does not want private details of their life divulged to the public.
It's claimed that Millie fears Stones' intention is to get his home back and move into it with new love Olivia and her baby.
