John Legend has revealed that his four-and-a-half-year-old son Miles is his biggest fan and knows all of the musician’s songs.
The All Of Me hit-maker, 44, made the admission during an appearance on The Late Late Show on Thursday when quizzed by host James Corden and fellow guest Jennifer Garner about being a dad of three.
During the chat, Corden asked Legend whether his kids want to play his music on car rides together, which he confirmed that they did.
“Especially my son,” he explained. “He’s literally like my biggest fan.”
“He knows all of my songs and not only does he know the songs, he’s like Rainman with the lengths of the songs. He remembers how long each song is; he’s like, ‘Actually, Green Light is a little longer than this one.’”
While very cute, he did confess it can be “embarrassing” when other parents notice him dropping the kids off with his own music blaring.
“My kids go to school with Jay Z and Beyoncé’s kids,” he joked. “And I’m pulling up playing my music loud... it’s embarrassing.”
In addition to Miles, Legend shares daughters Luna Simon, seven, and three-month-old Esti Maxine with 37-year-old wife Chrissy Teigen, who is a model.
