Newcastle United signed off their St James' Park campaign with a win thanks to Joe Willock.
The Magpies midfielder scored for the sixth game in a row as United earned three points.
It was a struggle for long periods as David McGoldrick passed up some good opportunities, and Allan Saint-Maximin's injury was a low note. But Newcastle did enough to earn a victory.
