Joe Wicks responds to criticism after sharing a picture of his seven month old baby hanging from a push up bar

Joe Wicks has appeared to clap back at people criticising him for sharing a picture of his seven month old baby dangling from a push up bar at an outdoor gym.

The Body Coach, 37, is currently enjoying a family holiday in Santa Monica, California, with wife Rosie, 32, and their three children – Indie, four, Marley, three, and Leni, seven months.

He has been keeping fans updated on their trip via social media, however one image showing young Leni hanging onto a metal bar, seemingly showing off an impressive display of strength as proud Wicks looked on, has divided the internet.

“Is that safe for her shoulders and joints to hang onto bars supporting her own weight like that?,” asked one concerned fan.

“Please don’t do that to your baby”, someone else wrote, while another asked: “Is that a normal thing to do with baby... nope.”

“Is that even possible, a baby that age being able to hang from monkey bars though?!”

Seemingly unphased, Wicks appeared to defend the image by sharing a similar throwback picture of him with his two other children.

In the framed photograph, Indie and Marley can be seen smiling as they hang either side of their dad.

Away from the gym, the Wicks clan have also been enjoying some quality bonding time at a museum and a fun fair.
